Turkey entered the Eurovision Song Contest 1999 with Tuba Önal & Mistik, and the song "Dön Artık" ((英語:Come Back)).
==National final==
The Turkish national final was held at the TRT studios in Ankara on March 12, 1999, hosted by Ömer Önder & Gülşah Banda. There were 10 songs in the final, with the winning song chosen by an expert jury.
Only the top three songs were announced.
